We are looking for motivated Industrial Engineering graduate to join our Sea Harvest Graduate Programme and help shape smarter, more efficient systems across our operations.  This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and passion for optimization in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Analyze and improve processed across production, logistics and operations
2. Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Optimization)
3. Use data to drive efficiency, quality and cost improvements
4. Work on cross-functional projects with experienced engineers and business leaders.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in process improvement, systems thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Proficient in tools such as excel, data analysis software or simulation tools is an advantage

• A structured graduate development programme with mentoring and training
• Exposure to multiple areas of the business
