VACANCY
SECUNDA FISH SHOP
6 MONTHS CONTRACT
The following vacancy exists at our FISH SHOP in SECUNDA. Those interested are requested to apply in writing, after having consulted with their immediate supervisor:
JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER

REPORTING TO: OPERATIONAL MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE: You will be responsible to manage the day to day running of the store

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Secure full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations
• Minimizing the risk in all departments of your store
• Staff Management – Lead and supervise
• Daily and weekly updates on main KPI’s to Area Manager
• Cash Management and general administration
• Stock Management
• Driving Sales to achieve group budgets
• Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives
• Ongoing reporting to Key Performance Area and flow constantly
• Promote SeaHarvest brand optimally
• Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout
• Relevant approvals to be done
• Ensure that IT systems are utilised correctly
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: • Grade 12
• Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage
• Good process and product knowledge
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure.
• To adhere to the standards of a Pre-Placement Analysis
• Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated.
• Self-motivated
• Team Player with excellent leadership skills
• Attention to detail is imperative
