Job Purpose: To assist in the day to day running of the store DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing store in the absence of the Manager or alternating shifts with Manager
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Establish or identify prices, goods, services or admission, or optical price scanners.
• Deal with customers complaints and provide information on policies and procedures.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Liaise with internal as well as external clients.
• Should be able to work in a team .
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or optical price scanners.
• Cashier duties from time to time as well as daily Client service duties
• Stacking of fish products, stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products
• Deal with incoming stock and do filleting on fresh products.
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: • Grade 12
• Good process and product knowledge
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure.
• Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated.
• Have to be compliant to a Pre-Placement Analysis
• Self-motivated
